Katie has been with BioTechnique® and PSC Biotech since 2017. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island with B.S. degrees in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Katie started her career at our Madison, WI site as a Quality Control Analyst. She transitioned to working for the parent company, PSC Biotech, as a consultant and project manager for QC and validation services. She supported the development of our eQMS software system by developing and configuring workflows using ACE to maintain electronic records for all areas of the business. Katie participated in and managed all start-up activities for our York, PA facility, including the validation of facilities equipment, manufacturing equipment, computer systems, QC lab build-out, 3PL service implementation and all the associated documentation. She now oversees all  BioTechnique® operations at the PA sites including manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, facilities, validation, metrology, project management and business development. Katie is a member of ISPE, PDA and ASQ. She volunteers with the Milwaukee section of ASQ and is currently the Treasurer.
